Harold Earls IV

Senior Associate

Harold Earls IV is a Senior Associate at Grove Mountain Partners. He is involved in portfolio company operations, integrations and platform initiatives, and assists in diligence, sourcing, and analysis. Before his current role and upon getting out of the military, he was Co-Founder and CEO of Rivet, a tech logistics company, and expanded its operations across multiple states.

His military career spanned six years, including roles as an Airborne Ranger qualified Captain serving as a Sniper Platoon Leader and Commander of the Guard of Honor at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Harold also led an army team to the summit of Mount Everest to raise awareness for Soldier Mental Health.

Harold authored "A Higher Calling," a USA Today National Best-Selling book that received Publisher's Weekly's top award for literary achievement. He is a graduate of West Point, where he studied Business Law and Systems Engineering and was an All-American Captain of the baseball team.

Harold lives in Atlanta with his wife, Rachel, and their four boys, where he's traded the thrill of Everest for the joys of coaching youth baseball, volunteering at his local church, and the North Carolina mountains that can be enjoyed without supplemental oxygen.
