Greg is a Senior Associate with Grove Mountain Partners. Prior to joining Grove Mountain, he was a Principal of M&A at Forum Brands, a Norwest-backed CPG holding company in New York. At Forum, Greg focused on acquiring and integrating digitally native consumer brands within health & personal care and family & home goods. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in the Hedge Fund & Private Credit group in New York. Greg graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and minor in Applied Mathematics and from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University with an M.S. in Finance and an M.B.A.
Greg and his wife reside in Atlanta. Greg is a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan (Go Birds!) and an active member of the Union League of Philadelphia. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickup basketball, golfing, kiteboarding, boating, and fishing.
